Learn how to tie the FG knot in this simple video. There is a number of different fishing knots around for connecting braided line to leader but we have found the FG Knot is one of the strongest and slimmest knots going. The key to tying this knot is to make sure the line has some slight tension applied while you are wrapping the braid. Once you finish the crosses then you can lock the knot off with a half hitch.
