Chief Rocky Wenrick grew up in Duarte and over the past 19 years, has worked his way through the ranks of the Azusa Police Department. He began his law enforcement career 25 years ago when he was hired by the El Monte Police Department in 1997. He attended the Rio Hondo Police Academy in Whittier, graduating in March, 1998.
