After Big Bear’s beloved bald eagles Jackie and Shadow hatched three eggs this week, concern grew after the third eaglet seemingly disappeared from view.

Just days after their first two eaglets hatched, beloved Big Bear bald eagle couple Jackie and Shadow welcomed the third and final new member of their family after it finally broke through its shell.

On Friday morning, the Friends of Big Bear Valley live camera showed the baby eaglets in their nest, but one of the three appeared to be missing.
