The "Yellowstone" creator, Paramount and billionaire Ross Perot Jr. have joined forces on a massive new studio just as Texas has gone big on a new tax incentive program for films and television.

FORT WORTH, Texas — "Yellowstone" and "Landman" creator Taylor Sheridan and Ross Perot Jr.'s real estate development company Hillwood are collaborating to launch what they're touting as Texas' largest film and TV production studio hub right here in DFW.

Taylor Sheridan’s name came up a lot at the Los Angeles press event this week with the new Paramount leadership as virtually every top executive hailed the prolific creator’s business as a top TV asset of the combined Skydance-Paramount Global company.
