The Supreme Court has ordered the Federal Government to facilitate the return of Salvadoran national Kilmar Abrego Garcia, of Maryland, back to the United States after he was unlawfully deported.

The justices didn't say exactly what Abrego Garcia's release from custody will look like or how he can get back to the U.S. Instead, they sent the case back to U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis of Maryland,
