Diego Borquez shot and killed Ramon Salazar before killing himself, police said. Salazar was Borquez's mother's boyfriend, police confirmed.

Two men are dead following an apparent murder-suicide on Tuesday night at an apartment complex in Mesa. The incident happened just before 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 11 near Mesa Drive and McKellips Road. The Mesa Police Department says officers responded to the scene for reports of shots fired and found a man in his 30s with a gunshot wound.
