The women's Euro 2025 in Switzerland has set a new attendance record, with over 620,000 fans having attended matches even before Sunday's final. European football ruling body UEFA announced the record during the second semi-final between Germany and Spain in Zurich and shared the news on social media platform X late on Wednesday.

It's win or go home in Geneva on Thursday, when Switzerland and Finland square off in a pivotal Group A finale at the 2025 UEFA Women's European Championship.
