An 8-year-old Calif. girl died on the Fourth of July in an incident involving illegal fireworks, according to local police. The girl was 'struck' and suffered 'fatal injuries' consistent with a 'fireworks-related explosion' after several fireworks misfired.

Independence Day is always filled with festivities, and one of the many 4th of July traditions that always hold true is fireworks.

Earlier that day, the rapper shared a video himself holding unlit fireworks in his hand, jokingly asking, “Who wants to get blown up today?...I’m blowing somebody up today.”
