The family of Idaho Murders victim, Xana Kernodle, gave emotional impact statements at Bryan Kohberger's sentencing hearing on July 23.

Jeff Kernodle was near Moscow the night of the murders, and said he wanted to check in on his daughter when she told him she was feeling sick.

Judge Steven Hippler acknowledged Kohberger's motive may never be known as he sentenced him to four consecutive life sentences on the four first-degree murder counts and the maximum penalty of 10 years on the burglary count.
