South Carolina Highway Patrol has provided more details about an accident on Interstate 20 that led to overpass bridge to collapse June 14.

After a preliminary investigation, officials confirmed the presence of over 100 people on the bridge in Pune's Kundamala, which was declared unsafe by the authorities as there were questions about its maintenance and safety audits.
