Chicago Cubs Chairman Tom Ricketts discussed the team’s 2025 outlook, their financial spending and slugger Sammy Sosa being welcomed back to the organization.

When Sosa was asked specifically about apologizing for PEDs, he said, “No.” He said he was apologizing to the fans.
