NHL Trade Deadline has come and gone and some big names changed teams. Mikko Rantanen is a Dallas Star, Brad Marchand is a Florida Panther and the Colorado Avalanche loaded up with Brock Nelson and Charlie Coyle.

It’s hard to say that the big news last Friday on the trade deadline was not Mikko Rantanen heading to Dallas. On the other hand, we were expecting him to be traded by the Hurricanes.
