Sky News reporter Yalda Hakim asked Ukraine President Zelensky at an event with British reporters Sunday (full replay here) to respond to Sen. Lindsey Graham's comment that Zelensky might have to resign in order for Trump to make a deal with Ukraine and Russia.

Trump critiqued those stances on Truth social, writing that it was “probably not a great statement to have been made in terms of a show of strength against Russia.”

Trump took issue with Zelensky suggesting it would take time to come to an agreement to end the war. The Ukrainian leader also tried to offer a positive take on the U.S.-Ukraine relationship in the aftermath of last week's White House meeting.

Zelensky's comments that a deal to end the war with Russia was "very far away" drew Donald Trump's furious response.
