Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted on charges alleging she concealed a person from arrest and obstructed a proceeding before a department or agency of the United States.

Her attorneys filed a motion Wednesday to dismiss the case, saying she was acting in her official capacity as a judge and therefore is immune to prosecution.
