The Tennessee Titans head into the league's slow period with significant needs persisting at more than one spot, including an under-discussed hole.

Looking back at the 2012 NFL draft, the team at PFF believes the Tennessee Titans should have targeted the opposite side of the ball.

Titans owner Amy Adams Strunk provided a blunt and grim assessment of where her franchise was. "It's impossible to ignore that our football team hasn't improved over the past two years," Strunk said in a statement.
