Heavy rains in Central Texas are complicating the recovery mission in the state’s Hill Country, just over one week after catastrophic flooding killed at least 120 people. NBC News’ Ryan Chandler reports from hard-hit Kerr County.

Ford and its philanthropic arm are donating money, and dealers will donate cars and aid to Texans impacted. Toyota and GM have plans to help, too.

Heavy rains brought more water rescues in Kerr County, the same area that was hit with those catastrophic July 4th floods. This new flooding is complicating the search, rescue, and recovery efforts in the area where more than 160 people are still missing.
