Former MLB pitcher Dan Serafini was convicted of murder and attempted murder for shooting his in-laws at their Homewood, California home in 2021.
Daniel Serafini, 51, was convicted Monday of first-degree murder in the 2021 shooting death of Robert Gary Spohr, 70.
Prosecutors told the jury that Serafini snuck into his in-laws’ house while his wife and their two children were spending time with her parents on the lake and he waited four hours for his family
