The contract standoff between the Cincinnati Bengals and star defensive end Trey Hendrickson seems to get hourly updates at this point, especially with trade rumblings from different parties going out so often.

Not that it will surprise Cincinnati Bengals fans, but the team wants a ridiculous return for a star player like Trey Hendrickson. Teams naturally want that and the Bengals, especially, like to win trades for star players (Carson Palmer comes to mind).

Bengals star defensive end Trey Hendrickson was given permission to seek a trade last week. A trade hasn't happened, despite plenty of teams showing interest and it sounds like both Hendrickson and the Bengals could get back to the negotiating table and get something done.
