Penn State knew it needed to restock at the wide receiver position this offseason with help from the transfer portal. Despite adding two players to the receiver room from the portal recently, the Nittany Lions added another key piece to the receiver position with the commitment and signing of former Syracuse wide receiver Trebor Pena.

Former Syracuse wideout Trebor Pena is expected to transfer to the Nittany Lions, according to a report from 247Sports. He joins a Penn State transfer receiver class that already includes USC’s Kyron Hudson and Troy’s Devonte Ross. He’ll be a redshirt senior in 2025.

The Denver Broncos selected Illinois wide receiver Pat Bryant with the 74th overall pick in the third round of the 2025 NFL draft on Friday night. Bryant (6-2, 204 pounds) was a four-year, three-year starter player at the University of Illinois.
