CLEVELAND, Ohio — Shane Bieber allowed a run on two hits in three innings Tuesday during a rehab outing at Lake County. It was the third rehab start for the 2020 American League Cy Young Award winner on his road back to the majors after reconstructive elbow surgery in April 2024.
