Despite star pass rusher Micah Parsons still waiting for a new contract, Dallas Cowboys COO and co-owner Stephen Jones said his team doesn't "drag deals out."

Parsons and team owner Jerry Jones met in the offseason and discussed the parameters of a deal. Jones thought a potential deal had been worked out. The pass rusher told Jones to contact his agent.
