Los Angeles authorities have arrested a man after a brush fire broke out in the Griffith Park neighborhood on Monday afternoon, according to the LAPD.

One person was arrested in connection with a small brush fire Monday afternoon that burned above homes on the southern edge of Los Angeles' Griffith Park, according to authorities. The small fire started in medium brush above homes and south of the Griffith Observatory on a day of red flag warnings in Los Angeles County,
