Famed civil rights attorney Ben Crump was retained by the family of Gerald Neal, the bystander killed Feb. 12 during a controversial high-speed chase by Orlando police prompted by an unreadable license plate.

Gerald Neal was hit and killed as Orlando police chased after a fleeing suspect, and now his family, along with Attorney Ben Crump, are seeking the release of dash and body camera footage.
