MLB.com's Mark Bowman provided an update on the potential Atlanta Braves designated hitter Marcell Ozuna heads to the NL West at the MLB trade deadline.

Ozuna has the right to veto any trade the Braves want to include him in due to a stipulation in his contract, and recently, MLB insider Jon Heyman of the New York Post broke down Ozuna’s mindset on that front.

The San Diego Padres need bats heading into the trade deadline, and the Atlanta Braves could send them designated hitter Marcell Ozuna.
