President Donald Trump has announced that a new round of trade talks between the United States and China which will take place in London, on Monday.

Washington’s 50% tariffs on steel and aluminum imports have now gone into effect, doubling from the previous 25% levy, even as the Trump administration waits for “best offers” from the U.S.’s trading partners.

President Trump and China's Xi Jinping accepted invitations to visit each other's countries during a call about their trade dispute and tariffs.
