Yes, this is actually in the parking lot of the Boy Scouts of America offices. This is located at the edge of a high dollar residential neighborhood and in the middle of a very nice office park. I work in the office park and to my knowledge, the crime very low in the area.

It is located adjacent to the Boy Scouts building and Memorial in Liberty Park. I believe we looked up a street address for GPS directions and found it easily. We were the only ones …

It is located adjacent to the Boy Scouts building and Memorial in Liberty Park. I believe we looked up a street address for GPS directions and found it easily. We were the only ones there and it is open to the public free of charge. The statue is not on private property
