You are anout 45 minutes from Lake Mead. I researched online and am not aware of any shuttles. I rented a car for the day. Uber would work but might be pricey. There are not a lot of sailings per day. I suggest looking at the weather forecast and booking at least one or two days ahead. They do fill up. Boarding starts 15 minutes before the cruise. There is a nice souvenir shop in the waiting area as well as snacks. Food and drinks sold on the cruise are quite adequate, considering. Enjoy!
Q:
Are you allowed to bring beverages (water) & snacks onboard?
A:
Water is no problem, I'm not sure about snacks. They have drinks available on the cruise. Water, lemonade tea, and for purchase adult beverages.
