No, it's a public park. Sometimes, there are special events that you'd have to pay (food vendors etc) but the park, dog park and playground equipment are free to use.

You will have to buy tickets for drinks and have an over 21 wrist band. Types and brands vary. Vip seating tends to have a better selection. Drinks are quite pricy, as well. I would also take a good raincoat or poncho if there is the slightest chance of rain. There is no covered area. I hope this helps! Enjoy!
Absolutely! I'm not sure what you are doing exactly at the park , but there is a lot of green space for chairs. There are also park benches all over :) I hope that helps!
